3. Health Data via Health Connect (Step Count)

Our Application integrates with Health Connect to access and process activity-related Health Data. Fit Journey only accesses step count data, and no other health categories.

3.1 What Health Data We Access

Through Health Connect, and only with your explicit permission, we may access:

• Step count data (daily steps, historical steps)

No heart rate, sleep, workout, nutrition, or other health categories are accessed.

3.2 How Health Data Is Collected

We collect step count data:

• Through Health Connect, once you grant permission
• From device sensors or apps connected to Health Connect

We cannot access any Health Connect data without your explicit consent through the system permission screen.

3.3 How We Use Step Count Data

Step count information is used only for:

• Displaying daily and historical steps
• Generating activity statistics and trends
• Providing performance insights and goals
• Calculating activity levels inside the Application

We do not use step count data for marketing or unrelated purposes.

3.4 How We Share Health Data

We do not:

• Sell your health data
• Share health data for advertising
• Share step count data with third parties for marketing

We may share anonymized or aggregated data (not identifiable) for analytics.

Service providers may process data on our behalf but only to operate or improve the Service in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3.5 Your Control Over Health Data

You maintain full control over your Health Connect data:

• You can revoke the Application’s health permissions anytime via Device Settings → Health Connect
• Revoking permissions immediately stops access
• You may delete step count data stored by the App by contacting us
• You may manage or delete data directly from the Health Connect app

3.6 Data Storage

We retain step count data only as long as required to provide activity-related features.

4. Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use your personal data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Manage user accounts
• Offer customer support
• Send service-related notifications
• Improve functionality and user experience
• Analyze usage trends
• Enforce policies and ensure security

5. Sharing Your Personal Data
